In conjunction with teaching qualifications and experience our trainers are fully qualified early years practitioners with over 16yrs experience working within the childcare sector in variety of fields therefore they are able to inject "real life" experience into your training.

Our trainers maintain a flexible approach and if preferred are able to travel to establishments and deliver training at a time that is most convenient for the course participants.

Your trainer will provide the students with a positive, safe and non judgemental environment to conduct their learning and will endeavour to be approachable and open to questions. A range of teaching styles will be used to meet individual learning needs.
